ReplyEarly ("we", "us", "our", or "ReplyEarly Technologies") operates the ReplyEarly platform accessible at https://replyearly.com and associated applications. ReplyEarly provides a modern WhatsApp CRM, unified shared Inbox, multi-channel customer communications, automated broadcasts, AI assistant tools, and commerce workflow integrations.

This Privacy Policy applies to all workspace owners, team members, customers, and visitors who interact with our platform, web application, mobile applications, APIs, and connected third-party integrations.

We collect information necessary to deliver, secure, and improve our services:

Account & Workspace Information: Name, email address, password hash, phone number, company name, billing details, and workspace preferences collected during signup.

Meta & WhatsApp API Credentials: Meta App Access Tokens, WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) IDs, Phone Number IDs, and webhook verification tokens required to route WhatsApp messages on your behalf.

Conversations & Contact Records: Customer phone numbers, display names, chat logs, media attachments, custom tags, broadcast recipient lists, and message status updates processed for your workspace.

Third-Party Integration Data: Authorization tokens, store catalog items, order statuses, and calendar booking details from connected providers such as Shopify, Google Calendar, Calendly, and Resend.

ReplyEarly processes collected data strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

Messaging & Inbox Routing

Receiving and delivering real-time WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram direct messages in your shared team inbox.

Broadcasts & Automations

Executing approved Meta WhatsApp template broadcasts, trigger-based chatbots, and scheduled customer flows.

AI Assistant Features

Drafting smart inbox replies and executing auto-reply bots via secure LLM provider integrations.

Platform Security & Audits

Enforcing multi-tenant isolation, user authentication, billing calculations, and fraud prevention.

4. Meta & Google API Services Policy Compliance

Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

ReplyEarly's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is strictly used to deliver workspace calendar booking features and is never sold or used for advertising.

Meta Cloud API & WhatsApp Business Policy

WhatsApp messages, Meta WABA assets, and webhook payloads processed through Meta Cloud API are handled in full compliance with Meta's Commercial Terms and WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies.

5. Security & Data Protection

We employ rigorous enterprise-grade security practices to safeguard all workspace data:

Encryption at Rest: Sensitive access tokens and secrets are stored AES-256-GCM encrypted.
Encryption in Transit: HTTPS / TLS 1.3 enforced for all application traffic, webhooks, and APIs.

6. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain data only as long as your workspace remains active. You can request complete deletion of your workspace, contacts, and message archives at any time by contacting privacy@replyearly.com.
